The virtual learning environment provides new careers service staff with an easily available induction package on internationalisation.

The objectives of the project were to:

• provide an additional forum for new careers service staff to discuss and share issues and experiences in dealing with international clients;
• enable new careers service staff to be more quickly active and productive in dealing with international clients;
• enable new careers service staff to be more quickly aware of the issues facing international students;
• build upon the current training available on internationalisation for career professionals.
