► International SEOTY 2007-2009

This is a national competition to identify the International Student Employee of the Year with local then regional winners identified, and the overall national winner announced at an awards ceremony in July.

It was successfully launched in 2008 and repeated in 2009.

The objectives of the project are to:

• encourage international students to aspire to winning the award;
• promote and enhance international students' reputation as good employees;
• promote and enhance the reputation of employers of international students as good employers;
• improve employer awareness of international students' capabilities in the part-time job sector and beyond.
