► Staff development events

A high profile staff development event will be held in each year 2009-10 and 2010-11 for careers and employment professionals working with international students to share good practice and develop their contacts with other members of their profession.

The objectives of the project are to:

• provide staff development to improve the practice of HE careers and employment staff in their work with international students;
• share examples of good practice and provide case studies of successful strategies and initiatives to encourage further improvement;
• encourage shared learning across different regions, sectors and specialisms.
