► Mentoring package

The mentoring package was developed with the University of Liverpool.

The objectives of the mentoring package were to:

• strengthen relationships between higher and further education institutions and local employers;
• create a model for them to adopt in future relating to the recruitment of international students;
• enhance employer confidence in and knowledge of international students as employees;
• enhance the confidence and knowledge of international students in the UK employment sector.
