► Liverpool Hope University
This project had two strands: developing contacts with Indian Alumni and establishing links with Indian companies who recruit significant numbers of graduates. Both of these strands concentrated upon three areas of India: Karnataka, Tamil nadu, and Maharashtra.
This project involved:

close collaboration between the Development Office and Career Development, in conjunction with academic faculties, will result in efficient development and use of key contacts and business links;

management by the Student Success Zone Manager (Career Development forms part of this larger student service) and Development Office Manager;

using methodology as described to offer clear structure and identifiable steps to delivery.
Proposed outputs and outcomes:

reports containing information on companies (both UK and India) providing key contacts, graduate level recruitment sectors and recruitment processes;

individual case studies to highlight the benefits and issues / problems faced, and where possible hints and tips to ease the process;

outlining a process for future updating;

informing university systems leading to curriculum developments, improved admissions systems information.
