At Exeter University we're very excited about National Student Employment Week. We are organising a Part time and Vacation Jobs Fair, and a series of international student workshops. As the theme of the fair is mainly aimed towards summer options the student staff are going to be wearing beach wear! Should make some good pictures, I just hope it's warm enough! The Careers and Employment Service have organised a Widen Your Options Fortnight, with employer presentations, jobs fairs, skills sessions etc which is at the same time as NSEW and so we are promoting each others events. We'll obviously be making a big deal out of the launch of SEOTY with phone calls and visits to employers as well as speaking to each student who comes into The Works about getting their employer to nominate them!
