FAQs

What is National Student Employment Week?

NASES organises national activity during National Student Employment Week, usually the last week in February, and work at a local and regional level is co-ordinated by job shops. Job shops organise jobs fairs, employer sessions, sector specific information days, skills workshops, competitions and much more during the week to highlight and promote the importance of student working.

What if I can't participate during that week?

Don't worry, NASES survey members each year to determine the most popular week to run the event which was chosen this year to run alongside Student Volunteering Week, although a the bulk of activity is happening during this week, if you organise events throughout the month of February or early March this is fine.
