Welcome to the brand new re-launch of the Student Employee of the Year Awards (SEOTY) 2010!
What is SEOTY?
The Student Employee of the Year Awards aim to recognise and promote the outstanding contributions and achievements of students who effectively combine part-time work with their study commitments. It is coordinated on an annual basis by the National Association of Student Employment Services
Why do we celebrate SEOTY?
- To give recognition for student employees
- To give recognition to student employee/employee relationships
- To give recognition to student friendly employers
- To give recognition to campus based Student Employment Services and the role they play in student development
- To acknowledge that part-time employment enhances future employability prospects

The Awards are quite simple - students or their employers can make a nomination, with the relevant supporting documentation. Then your institution will decide its institutional winner, then your Job Shop will Nominate an Institutional Winner to represent their University or College at the NASES Regional Finals, Six regional winners will then be put forward to the National Finals and the Award will be presented on the 7th July at the NASES Annual Conference at Carnegie College near Edinburgh.
